Homebase helping out Radio Live host
Homebase homestaging helps out Radio Live Host
Alex Breingan is a weekend Host for Radio Live, when he’s not doing DIY or hosting Design & Build, Alex’s day job is running the Living Channel and Food TV.
Over the last few weeks he has been renovating a very tired and dated 1970’s property to sell, as part of his Design and Build Show. The project is now reaching its conclusion and the house will be put on the market very soon.
The final major item in any successful renovation, when you plan to sell, is the homestaging. Homebase was honored to be chosen to contribute to this vital part of the project.

Resene - are you an autumn?

Pt Chevalier Apartment Refurbishment
The client had purchased a tired 1970’s duplex apartment that needed a complete overhaul to bring it to life. His brief was for something modern and stylish, but not minimalistic. He also wanted a European sophistication and a comfortable functionality.
To begin the refurbishment, the apartment was gutted, and walls knocked out to open up the living areas. Bathroom spaces and living areas were reconfigured to provide good spatial flow. A new kitchen, bathroom and ensuite were designed into the newly configured spaces, and an overview of lighting, flooring, colour, soft furnishings, and furniture were pulled together to create a sense of contemporary sophistication.
A new exterior colour scheme to enhance the existing brick work, completed the picture.
